“The customer is always right” is the fact that describe how the customer is the central drive of any firm and form the fundamental principle of the marketing concept. This is captured in various firm documentation, training materials, marketing materials, slogans etc.  Other words which express this slogan are; “we do it for you”, “you are the boss”, “the customer is king” “we are at your service”, etc.
